Baton / Littlejohn UMC Offers NEW Small Group Curriculum

Have you heard? There are new opportunities for all people occurring at Littlejohn and Baton United Methodist Churches. Although these classes began on the week of April 22 there is still time for you to participate. Following is a list of the courses offered and their meeting times. Take a moment, read what 's available and come join us in Christian fellowship. If you have any questions don 't hesitate to call Pastor Allen for more information.

  • Methodism 101 - Mondays at 6:30pm @ Lenoir Public Library. Course books are in, get yours during worship today or during class this week.
  • Methodism 201 - Mondays at 7:30 pm @ Lenoir Public Library Check-out ww.gc2012.umc.org for our discussion on General Conference 2012
  • Book Study of the Shack - Meets at Lenoir Public Library. Bring your copy of "The Shack " and we 'll talk about it. Tuesday mornings - 10:30 am Tuesday evenings - 7:30 pm
  • Gardening with Martha - Thursday at 5:30 p. m. at Littlejohn UMC.
  • 10 Great Dates - Saturday at 6:00 pm at Littlejohn Campus.
  • Movie Reviews - Sunday at 6:00 pm @ Parsonage
  • Walking Trails - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays from 8 am - 10 am and from 7 pm- 9 pm

    Vacation Bible School

    VBS Operation Overboard will be July 29 - August 3, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:30 each evening. Dinner will be served. Our mission will be collecting can food for YokeFellow.

    Local Community Fellowship

    The Littlejohn United Methodist Women invites the community for FREE food, fun and fellowship - the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is an opportunity for church members to interact with the people in our surrounding community. Hartland Coffee Shop - Hours open:11 -1. Free gravy or jelly biscuit or sweet danish and coffee. Please invite your neighbors! We will be distributing information about all the activities going on at Littlejohn Church.
